I, agrees tothe following terms and conditions1.TimelyPayment of Salary/Fees·        I  will  pay the accountants salary/fees as per theagreed terms (monthly, quarterly, or per project).·        I will not withhold salary, experience certificate, orrelieving letter without valid reason.2.Providing Accurate & Complete Financial Data·        I will provide the accountant with all necessaryfinancial records, invoices, and documents in a timely manner.·        I will be held responsible for providing incomplete orincorrect data to the accountant.3.Non-Interference in Professional Duties·        I will not force or pressurize the accountant tomanipulate financial statements, evade taxes, or engage in unethical practices.4. Confidentiality &Data Access·        I will allowthe accountant access to relevant company financial records needed for theirwork.·        I will notwithhold key documents or refuse to cooperate in case of an audit.5.Defined Work Scope & No Additional Responsibilities·        I cannot assign extra work outside the agreed scopewithout additional compensation.·        If I want the accountant to handle extra duties likebusiness consulting, taxation disputes, or legal compliance, a separateagreement or compensation must be provided.6.Notice Period & Fair Termination·        I will not terminatethe accountant’s employment or services without proper notice (e.g., 90 days).7.Tools & Software Access I will  provide necessary financial software and tools required for accounting work. If cloud-based access is needed, I will ensure a secure and authorized access system.  8.Non-Harassment& Professional Conduct·        I will treatthe accountant with respect and maintain a professional workplace environment.·        I will ensurethat the workplace follows ethical and legal standards, including adherence tolabor laws.9.Non-Misuseof Accountant’s Credentials I will cannot use the accountant’s digital signature, professional registration , or name for unauthorized filings or financial manipulations.10.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution·        This Agreement shall begoverned by the laws of Pune Jurisdiction.·        Any disputes shall be resolvedthrough arbitration in Pune as per Arbitration Act].·        In case of any unresolveddisputes, the courts in Pune Jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction.11.Indemnification·        If the accountant is named inany lawsuit, regulatory action, or audit due to financial mismanagement, I willbear the full cost of legal defense, including attorney fees, penalties, andsettlements.·        I shall indemnify theaccountant if their name, digital signature, professional registration number,or certification is misused for fraudulent or unauthorized filings.·        I shall indemnify andhold harmless the accountant from any legal or financial penaltiesarising from the owner's failure to provide complete and accurate financialrecords, comply with tax laws, or meet statutory obligations.
